As an independent consultant in culture and development, I work with various institutions and organizations (public, private, NGO) in France and abroad. My career is first marked by 17 years of artistic career as a contemporary dancer, which still influences my ability to act for change. Then, sometimes artistic director and sometimes cultural operator, I contributed for 15 years to the emergence of the contemporary dance sector in Egypt in partnership with a large network of national, European and international institutions, many choreographers, trainers and key cultural actors in the Euro-Mediterranean region. This experience has provided me with a solid expertise in the design of programmes for the professional training of artists in a multicultural and globalized environment. Confronted with the context of an emerging country, I have been able to adapt these projects to the development issues within the framework of the international development cooperation envisaged by the European Union. Seeking to strengthen my ability to understand how culture impacts on development, I decided to adopt a more transversal approach that would integrate the Objectives of Sustainable Development. Thus, in 2016, I joined the Executive Master of Sciences Po-Paris "Politics and Management of Development - Potential Africa" from which I graduated. In 2018, I was promoted to the rank of "Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres" of the French Ministry of Culture.
